These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of GPS Camera Buddy (the “App”) and this website. The App is provided by Busy People Software LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the App

• You are responsible for the content you capture, store, upload, or share.
• You agree to use the App in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• You must have the necessary rights and permissions to capture and share any media or location information.

Permissions and device features

The App may request access to system features such as the camera, photo library, and location services. You can enable/disable permissions in iOS Settings. Some features may not work if permissions are denied.

Uploads and third-party services

If you choose to upload or share content to third-party services (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox, or social apps via the iOS share sheet), your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies.

Content storage

GPS Camera Buddy is designed to store captured media in your device’s Photos library. You control your media. We do not guarantee that media will be recoverable if it is deleted from your device or third-party services.

Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. GPS coordinates and timestamps may vary based on device settings, environment, and system services. You are responsible for verifying suitability for your specific requirements.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Busy People Software LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue arising from your use of the App.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date will be updated when changes are published.
